Working Together to Create a Healthy Future for School Food

Healthy Schools Campaign (HSC) and Applegate Farms are working together to raise awareness of the challenges involved in providing fresh, healthy school meals. Together, we are encouraging parents, students and members of the school community to raise their voices in support of a child nutrition act that supports healthy food and wellness in schools.

Applegate Farms is the presenting sponsor of the Cooking up Change Healthy Cooking Contest, an HSC event that helps bring attention to the many constraints involved in serving fresh, healthy food at school.
