Chicago’s WGN Spotlights Cooking up Change!

We're always excited for extra attention around Cooking up Change — and this week, we were particularly thrilled to be featured on Chicago television thanks to WGN's Lunchbreak segment. With team mentor Chef Matt Eversman and a student from Clemente Community Academy, viewers learned how to make Baked Cajun Mac N' Cheese, designed by Clemente Community Academy students for Cooking up Change in 2010.

The dishes that students create for Cooking up Change are healthy, kid-friendly and inexpensive to make at home, and this one's no exception. Check out the video to hear about Cooking up Change and learn how to make this tasty dish at home!
