The HSC Board of Directors would like to announce that beginning January 1, 2023, Rochelle Davis, HSC’s President, CEO and Founder, has transitioned to an emeritus role, and Claire Marcy, HSC’s Senior Vice President, has been elevated to Interim Executive Director. Claire will serve in that role until we find our next President + CEO.

In the role of Founder and President Emeritus, Rochelle will support the leadership search and transition and continue to lead HSC’s national health and education program.

The board has full confidence in Claire as she takes on the new role of Interim Executive Director. Claire has been with HSC for 18 years, has very strong relationships with the staff, board and partners, and is well prepared to provide steady leadership as the organization moves into its next chapter of work. We have an incredible team at HSC, and we thank them for their amazing work and commitment to this organization.

We firmly believe that Healthy Schools Campaign is in very good hands, and look forward to celebrating Rochelle’s outstanding legacy, as well as the new initiatives and accomplishments that are to come, as we continue to strive to make schools healthier places for all students and center equity in our work.
