Pomegranate SparklerSoda is full of artificial flavors and extremely high in sugar, but it happens to be one of the most consumed beverages by Americans per year. This is a simple alternative that is still refreshing and has the bubbly feature of soda but none of the artificial flavors. Pomegranate juice may be higher in antioxidants than green tea, red wine, blueberries or cranberries as well as being extremely heart healthy. Using 100% pomegranate juice as a stand-in for soda is a great alternative and possibly more delicious!

  • ½ cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • ¾ cup sparkling water

Pour ingredients over ice and stir to mix. Enjoy!
