nothing to this dish, a broccoli salad, but what I love about it is

Henry's Quick Broccoli Salad

One head of steamed broccoli, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix the ingredients together and enjoy!
(If you can round up a kid to help you make it, even better!)
