What Henry Eats: Roasted Cauliflower

Sometimes the simpler the better, and it doesn’t get much more simple than roaster cauliflower.

Cauliflower, olive oil, salt. No more. Cut up the cauliflower into small, thin pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt. Cook at 400 F for an hour until it’s brown and a little crispy.

It’s delicious — you’ll eat it and actually think it’s an indulgence. Henry couldn’t stop.
