COVID-19 Resources for Chicago Parents

We know this is a challenging time. With schools closed, learning moved online and families asked to stay at home, Healthy Schools Campaign and its partners are committed to providing resources to support parents in Chicago.

We’ve included some resources below to help parents keep their kids active, engaged and safe during this time at home. While many of these resources are from Chicago-based groups, that doesn’t mean parents across the country can’t modify and use them.

Alliance for a Healthier Generation COVID-19 Resource Hub

Healthier Generation provides free, evidence-based resources to support the physical, social, and emotional health of children and their caregivers. Here you will find a selection of these resources designed to support parents and educators in reducing stress, eating healthy, moving regularly, getting quality sleep, and more.
