Cooking up Change has gone virtual! Join us!

We couldn’t let the school year go by without hosting a Cooking up Change competition featuring amazing student chefs and their delicious school meals. The new virtual format will feature all the key ingredients of Cooking up Change—mouth-watering recipes, inspiring student chefs and a crowd of supporters to cheer them on.

We’re working with Presenting Sponsor Aramark and Amazing Edibles, a local catering company and long-time Cooking up Change supporter, to prepare the students’ meals and deliver them to a small group of judges. Those judges will taste the food and pick a winner.

And then you come in! On June 9 at 12 p.m., we’re hosting a free virtual event where we’ll hear from Cooking up Change VIPs, the judges and student chefs. We’ll also announce the winners live!

Cooking up Change high school culinary students work tirelessly to develop their menus, and we can’t wait to share them with you in a new way. Just because we can’t be together physically doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate these amazing student chefs.
