The next President of the United States has an enormous responsibility—and opportunity—to improve health outcomes by supporting states and communities in creating schools where children can thrive. This document, presented to both campaigns prior to the 2020 election, outlines our recommendations for large-scale federal investment along with evidence-based, specific actions that can be implemented immediately, without congressional approval.
